Learn to Swim

Levels 1-4.

For children four years and older. Basic skills are taught to develop elementary freestyle and backstroke. At DGSWIM our pool is consistently heated all year round. 

Stroke Correction

Levels 5-11

Develops the four competitive swimming strokes. In these levels all pupils are competent swimmers and their strokes are developed in readiness for school carnivals, nippers and entry into squad training.

Squad (Group Training)

DGSWIM caters for all levels of swimming.  Squad training consists of sessions designed to suit recreational fitness, cross-training and competition swimmers / surf lifesavers (nippers)

Adult Swimming

We offer programs from learn to swim/ stroke correction through to fitness-squads for adults.  Our group sessions offer a great motivating social atmosphere.  Adults of all ages and levels are welcome.

Swim Club

The competition arm of DGSWIM is the Surfers Paradise Swim Club (SPSC).  Members of SPSC can participate in SPSC club carnivals right through to national level events.
