Payment Terms and Conditions

All payments are made via the 'IclassPro' Portal (ICP), in partnership with the Payrix debit platform. This app is required to be downloaded as part of your membership.

There is no lock in contract.

Pupils resign by submitting a Request Form with two weeks notice.

The cancellation form is the only way to resign a student and cease payments. Fee payments will continue until two weeks notice of resignation has been received. There is no exception. This includes injury, illness, holidays and short breaks.

Swim fees are debited every Friday for the week ahead.

We do not offer casual attendance payment options. 

We operate 52 weeks of the year. This includes all school and public holidays with exception to Christmas week.

In the event of swim school closures all debits will be suspended.  Clients will be advised in advance of any closure.

Lesson / Session Prices

​

Learn to Swim:

$23.50 per lesson / weekly

​

Stoke Correction:

$23.50 per lesson / weekly  

​

Squad Training: 

1 x session $23.50 per week

Unlimited sessions $40 per week

​

Neuro Diverse Program (NDP) and other specialist lessons:  

$47 per lesson / weekly  (You may be entitled to fee support via the NDIS)

Transactions Fees

​

Credit/Debit Card Transaction Fee $0.33

Credit Card Rejection Fee $0.33

Visa/Master Card Calculated on transactions 1.98%

American Express Calculated on transactions 3.85%

Additional 1.10% will apply to International Credit Cards

​​Bank Account Transaction Fee $0.88

Bank Account Rejection Fee $5.50

Set-up / Data Storage and Compliance Fee- paid once only $0.33

 

Failed Payments

​

For bank fees related to failed payments please refer to Transaction Fees above.

In the event of a payment defaults you will be notified via:

• Email

• IclasPro (ICP)App notification

• Text

You will be requested to manually pay any outstanding fees via your ICP App account prior to attending your next lesson.

Payrix will automatically attempt to debit ANY outstanding charges on the account each Friday.

Please check your account for overdue/outstanding fees before contacting admin in relation to fee queries.

Makeup Policies

​

Makeup Policy (Levels 1-6)

• Your swim fees ensure your lesson spot on the designated day and time. 

• Due to demand our lessons operate to capacity.

• No make up lessons are available for Levels 1-6.

• Your level can be found in your ICP App account.

• We do not offer refunds or credits for missed classes. No exceptions.

Makeup Policy (Level 7-Squad)

• Makeups are available for levels 7- Squad ONLY.

• A pupil must be enrolled (paying customer) to access make up lessons.

• To attend makeups refer to the Makeup Schedule on our website https://www.dgswim.com.au/makeup-schedule

• Pupils are not required to advise of missed classes or what make up class they will be attending.

• Make up lessons cannot be transferred or used as a payment/credit.

• If you continue payment whilst on holiday/leave/short break, you can utilise make up lessons upon your return.

• Upon cancellation/resignation make up lessons are forfeit.

 

Resignations

Resignation requires two weeks notice via the Request Form.

Resignation will only be recognised and confirmed after submitting the Cancellation Form.

This is the only way to resign a student and cease payments.

Fee payments will continue until the cancellation form has been received.

Once the cancellation form has been received, the direct debit will be turned off. Your last scheduled payment will occur on the Friday prior to your last lesson.

Pausing a debit/Holding a lesson spot

We do not “hold spots or pause debits”.

Your spot in the swim school can only be reserved with continued payment.

If you are intending to take leave/holiday or short break, there are two options available to you:

1. Remain an enrolled and paying client and take advantage of the MAKEUP sessions available.https://www.dgswim.com.au/makeup-schedule; or

2.Formally resign from the swim school by completing the Request Form. This requires two weeks notice.

Injury/Illness

​

We do not pause debits for accident/injury or illness.

Should you require a break from swimming due to an accident/injury or illness, there are two options available to you:

1. Remain an enrolled and paying client and take advantage of the MAKEUP sessions available.https://www.dgswim.com.au/makeup-schedule; or

2.Formally resign from the swim school by completing the Request Form. This requires two weeks notice.

Please note, if you resign from the class your spot will be offered to the next person on the waiting list.

Holidays Policy

​

If you are intending to take leave/holiday or short break, there are two options available to you:

1.Remain an enrolled and paying client and take advantage of the MAKEUP sessions available. Please see policy 4 ‘Make up sessions’ and/or visit https://www.dgswim.com.au/makeup-schedule;

or

2.Formally resign from the swim school by completing the Request Form. This requires two weeks notice. No exceptions. We do not “hold spots or pause debits”. Your spot can only be reserved with continued payment.

Storm Policy

We monitor all storms.

Lessons will be suspended temporarily or postponed via text if the situation merits.

If lessons are postponed due to storms a makeup lesson will be arranged.
