Please note:
Two weeks notice is required (per booking) for ANY debit adjustments.
Due to demand there is a wait list on almost every class. Continued payment is the only way to hold / secure a spot in our program. We do not pause or put debits on hold. If you wish to take take a holiday/break, or have a major illness/injury you can choose to either:

To hold the spot with continued payment, or

Resign the spot with two weeks notice.
Please be aware: When you resign your spot it is immediately offered to then next client on the wait list. When you return we can not guarantee you will get back into the program or on the day/times that suit you.
Upon a class booking being cancelled, all make up classes associated with that class will no longer be available to be redeemed.
